Cody West, President

Cody grew up in a construction business in Carmel, California where he learned the business at the dinner table and the trade on the weekends, vacations, and summers. It was a small step to take into engineering school and soon he was licensed in California, New Mexico and Colorado.

Cody has made it his priority keeping the "organization infrastructure" ahead of G3's growth and he's got a checklist or a protocol for all things construction. His days begin at 5:30am tracking, scheduling, estimating, and corresponding with clients. Mid-mornings onsite and the balance spent working out better systems and smoother operations for a thriving business.

Cody embraces the philosophy we call the economics of quality: "Getting the job done perfectly the first time is not only the least expensive way to complete a project, it is the only way Cody will do it". Cody's projects have resulted in some of the highest appraisal values in Taos, quantifying his philosophy as a sound business practice. Hey, he's an engineer...what did we expect?

Claudette Gonzales, Controller

Claudette has been with G3 since the beginning. With an MBA and a fast ten-key punch, Claudette has been overseeing and running the accounting department, including implementing Timberline Accounting Software - the industry benchmark. Claudette tracks all the invoices, billings, manages the vendors and produces elegant reports to carefully monitor jobs and ensure success. Claudette is also in-charge of payroll and is loved by everyone.

Charles, in addition to having the great privilege of being married to Claudette, is also becoming a master tile setter. But that's not all; Charles can pretty much do anything and has been critical participant in all G3 projects.
