Molycorp Mine

Questa, NM, 2002
Vertical and horizontal re-positioning of 1 million pound conveyor tower on 45 degree slope. Used a 180 ton crane with multiple block and tackle to position horizontally and used (20) helical piers and hydraulic cylinders to position vertically. G3 provided structural engineering services and on site coordination of the move.

Approximately 10,000 square foot professional retail center. Steel deck over structural steel frame over cast concrete foundation. Provided structural engineering services.
