G3 Micro is a modular housing builder headquartered in Taos, New Mexico. The idea behind G3 Micro was spawned in the fall of 2010 in response to the needs of second homebuyers and seasoned developers who sought enlightened, more efficient alternatives to site built homes and commercial projects.
G3 Micro's roots lies in the fifteen plus years of experience of founder Cody West and our parent company, Group 3, LLC, a New Mexico design, engineering and construction firm with a reputation for innovation, quality and value.
Cody is a licensed engineer in three states, LEED accredited building professional and licensed general contractor in New Mexico. Under his direction, G3 has become a leader in utilizing green, sustainable building practices in every project we undertake. Our work ranges from multi-million dollar commercial and public projects to some of the most distinctive custom homes in northern New Mexico.

G3 Micros are built to tougher standards than conventional site built homes - they have to bein order to withstand the rigors of transportation. Our structures are constructed of only the highest quality materials. They are built to meet or exceed IBC residential construction codes. We use green building technology and only earth friendly materials.
