Formula G3 - Our productivity tool

Formula G3 is a series of accounting reports that we relate to schedule, manpower, job costing, and client needs. Routine meetings between the project executive, the project manager, and our controller establish the strengths and weaknesses in the progress to date. This information is streamlined into simple powerful messages which are then shared with the field crew. The field crew receives concise weekly information which explains their goals a week out and a month out. Our goal is to identify and eliminate assumptions and uncertainties that, if left to occur, might negatively impact the flow of work. Bottom line: Formula G3 is a tool that helps us work smarter and save our Clients money.

Accountability

"Do more with less". . . it is the mantra of the early 21st century. We are all watching our budgets. . . we are all trying to make every dollar work harder. Therefore, along with increased efficiency, G3 is bringing stricter accountability to your construction project. We use the latest cost management software to monitor expenses. We demand accountability from our subcontractors, vendors and material suppliers. And we guarantee accountability to you, our Client.

Accountability begins with transparent bidding and contracting. G3 uses the American Institute of Architects suite of contracts for all of our contract documents. For more than 120 years, AIA contract documents have been the mainstay of the construction industry featuring a comprehensive collection of fair and balanced documents that address the full spectrum of design and construction projects.

You can expect to receive a steady flow of contract documentation throughout the life of the project. On a biweekly basis, G3 will generate accounting updates and work progress reports for your review and feedback.

Communication - The key to successful projects and Client relations

We know that providing owners with meaningful information in a timely manner will facilitate a successful project and create the long-lasting Client relationships we value. In addition to biweekly reports, G3 has developed innovative tools to keep our Clients informed. A section of our web site can be dedicated to your project. Images and information from your job site will be posted on our web site so you can see work progress from wherever you may be in the world.

One of the first developments you will see at your job site is the arrival of a G3 mobile office. This on-site operations center provides workspace for the project manager and job superintendent that will be directly responsible for the day-to-day supervision of your job.
