Lofts Southwest are twelve commercial condominiums which have been designed for a potential live/work scenario. They feature open floor plans with 17' ceilings, stained concrete floors, and shared utility rooms. They are frame construction with certified green lumber, low VOC paints, finishes and insulation. Small kitchens and showers were either installed or provisioned.
