The first Group 3 Development project, these four condos are 1290 square feet each, with tumbled brick floors, radiant on-demand heating, a photovoltaic grid tie-back system to offset the power needs of the landscape irrigation pump and gray water system, two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. A wonderful blend of contemporary and Pueblo style architecture and priced affordably. Certified green lumber, low VOC paints, insulation and finishes. A Thelin woodstove for supplemental heat and ambiance.
