This custom home is 2,200 square feet and built of 14 inch Rastra. There is a rain water collection system capable of capturing 24,000 gallons of water per year. This water, along with a gray water system connected to the showers, is used for landscape irrigation. The house is pre-wired for photovoltaic power.
The garage features a glass roll-up door which provides fantastic day lighting. This space has been used as a private office, but would also work well as an artist studio or guest quarters as it has a full bathroom.
Stained concrete floors and radiant heat throughout - this house is very efficient and comfortable. Located on a beautiful tree-lined street in downtown Taos.
