G3 has constructed 12 residences to date throughout Northern New Mexico. They range in size from 1300 square feet to 5000 square feet with budgets between $300k and $2.5 Million. The types of construction vary widely using conventional frame, adobe, rastra, icf, concrete masonry block, steel, and timber. We have acted as the general contractor to all 12 residences. In some cases we designed the home, in others we engineered the home, and still others we worked with an Architect selected by the owner to provide design services.
