G3 Referral Program

G3 is offering a referral program through December 1, 2010.

Here is how it works:

Refer G3 to a potential client for the construction of a home, a commercial project,
or a mixed use project and G3 will pay you up to 1% and up to $10,000 for the referral.

To be eligible for the referral you must email Cody West at cody@group3llc.com the name and contact information of the individual being referred. G3 will use this email as the time and date stamp for the referral. Referral fees will be paid on a first come first serve basis, therefore it is important to email so that we both have proof of the referral. Only one referral will be granted for each project. The referral fee will be based on the project's contract amount. More specifically, the contract amount will be calculated on the cost of the work plus profit and overhead. The contract amount will not include New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax. G3 will pay 1% on a contract amount up to $500,000.00 and .5% on any additional contract amount over $500,000.00 up to a total referral fee of $10,000.00. The referral fee will be paid out monthly based on contract amount completed by the end of each month. If for any reason a contract is not entirely executed then G3 will pay a referral fee only on the completed and paid portion of the contract. Self referrals or referrals to entities which the recipient is party to will not be accepted. To be eligible for this referral program the referral must be made before December 1, 2010 and the contract with the potential client must be entered by December 1, 2011. Cody West and Group3LLC make this offer in good faith to referral candidates who are ethically and legally able to accept a referral fee. Please disregard if, for any reason, you cannot accept this offer. All referrals must be disclosed to the potential client. Cody West and G3 reserve the right to revoke or amend this offer at any time.
